Grievance Redressal and Abuse Reporting

This Policy provides a single route for customer consumer privacy content security and email abuse complaints. It does not limit statutory consumer remedies or reporting to a regulator or law enforcement authority.

• Name email and preferred contact route.
• ToolOn account order invoice campaign or message identifier where relevant.
• Clear description dates expected resolution and supporting evidence.
• For unwanted email include full message headers sender recipient date and unsubscribe attempt.
• For privacy requests identify the customer or sender and the data involved without sending extra identity documents unless requested securely.

3 Response Process

ToolOn aims to acknowledge a grievance within twenty four hours and resolve it within seven days where the Information Technology Rules apply. A consumer complaint will in any event be acknowledged within forty eight hours and addressed within one month where the Consumer Protection E Commerce Rules apply. Privacy rights requests will be completed within the applicable statutory period. Complex matters may require additional time and the complainant will be informed where permitted.

4 Email Abuse Handling

ToolOn may suppress the recipient inspect relevant consent and campaign evidence restrict further sending and ask the customer for a response. ToolOn may suspend immediately for credible phishing malware fraud or serious spam. ToolOn will share complaint data only as needed for investigation law or provider coordination.

5 Appeals and External Remedies

A complainant dissatisfied with the response may reply to the grievance reference for review and may use any regulator appellate committee consumer commission court or other forum available under applicable law. Nothing in this Policy requires waiver of a statutory right.
