Intellectual Property and Copyright Complaints

Users must own or have permission to process and distribute content through ToolOn. ToolOn respects intellectual property and accepts notices concerning content or activity using its service.

1 User Responsibility

A user may not upload convert distribute email or otherwise process content that infringes copyright trademark design database publicity privacy confidentiality or other rights. A tool technical ability to process a file does not grant permission to use it.

2 Complaint Requirements

• Identification of the protected work mark or right and proof of authority to complain.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing content sender URL account or campaign with enough detail to locate it.
• Contact details and a statement that the complaint is accurate and made in good faith.
• A signature or verifiable electronic submission and any statement required by applicable law.

Send notices to admin@scriza.in with the subject ToolOn Intellectual Property Notice. ToolOn may request clarification notify the affected user restrict access preserve evidence or restore content after a valid counter notice where applicable.

3 Repeat Violations

ToolOn may suspend or terminate repeat or serious infringers and may reject campaigns or files associated with credible infringement or counterfeit activity.
