This Cookie Policy explains technologies used by ToolOn on the website and account service. A cookie is a small text record stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage pixels tags and software development kit identifiers.

2 Retention
Session technologies expire when the session ends or after a short security period. Persistent preference analytics and advertising technologies remain for the duration stated in the live consent control or provider notice. ToolOn will maintain a cookie inventory showing provider name technology purpose category expiry and transfer information and will review it after every tag change and at least quarterly. Email event data follows the Privacy Policy customer settings and applicable contract.
3 Managing Choices
Users can accept reject or adjust non essential categories through the ToolOn privacy control and may also delete or block cookies in browser settings. Where consent is required the control should present a clear reject option without loading advertising or analytics tags first, retain evidence of the choice, and provide an always available link to change or withdraw it. Blocking necessary technologies can prevent login checkout security and saved preferences. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not make prior permitted processing unlawful.
4 Third Party Technologies
ToolOn may use payment analytics advertising support or security providers that set or read technologies under their own notices. If Google AdSense is activated the live provider inventory must identify the applicable Google entity services purposes technologies retention information privacy notice and available controls. Every other active advertising technology provider must also be named. Generic descriptions alone are not sufficient for the final website.
5 Google Advertising Choices
Google may use advertising identifiers to show and measure ads subject to the visitor region consent and Google settings. Visitors can review Google advertising choices at https://myadcenter.google.com and information about Google use of data from partner sites at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. These links do not replace the ToolOn consent control where local law requires prior consent.
