This Policy protects users recipients ToolOn and third party networks. It applies to Browser Tools accounts APIs Customer Data Communication Services integrations and content processed or transmitted through ToolOn.
1 Lawful and Authorised Use
Users may use ToolOn only for lawful purposes and only with rights to the files data domains content and recipient information involved. Use must comply with the Terms Anti Spam Policy intellectual property privacy consumer protection cybersecurity export sanctions and sector rules applicable to the user and recipients.
2 Prohibited Conduct
- Spam unsolicited mass email email bombing list bombing purchased rented scraped harvested guessed or unlawfully appended contacts and repeated sending after opt out.
- Phishing impersonation spoofing credential theft deceptive sender names misleading subjects fraudulent offers pyramid schemes or false claims.
- Malware ransomware viruses spyware malicious macros exploit delivery command and control or attempts to interfere with a device network account or service.
- Unauthorised access scanning penetration password cracking security bypass denial of service excessive automated requests or testing without written permission.
- Content involving child sexual abuse exploitation non consensual intimate material trafficking violence terrorism illegal hate or unlawful discrimination.
- Infringement of copyright trademark privacy publicity confidentiality or other rights including processing files or lists without permission.
- Illegal regulated or high risk offers including unlawful gambling drugs weapons counterfeit goods unlicensed financial or lending services and deceptive cryptocurrency or investment promotions.
- Use of shared infrastructure to damage IP or domain reputation evade blocks rotate identities conceal list sources or circumvent enforcement.
- Resale white labelling credential sharing or providing service bureau access unless an order expressly permits it.
- Uploading unnecessary sensitive personal data government identifiers medical records financial credentials biometric data or passwords when the feature does not require them.
- Generating or distributing deceptive synthetic media fake documents forged certificates or content intended to mislead a person authority payment provider or regulator.
- Ad fraud invalid traffic or manipulation including clicking ToolOn advertisements, asking or rewarding another person to click, automated impressions or clicks, bots click exchanges forced redirects hidden ads repeated artificial refreshes or purchasing traffic represented as genuine users when it is not.
3 Resource and Automation Limits
Users must respect plan limits rate limits file limits API quotas concurrency and fair usage controls. ToolOn may throttle or reject requests that threaten availability cost security or other customers. Bypassing a control creating multiple accounts to evade limits or using bots to scrape the website is prohibited.
4 Regulated Content
Campaigns for financial health political charitable gaming adult age restricted or other regulated categories require lawful authority and may require prior written approval. ToolOn may decline a category even when the customer believes it is lawful if a payment email hosting or security provider prohibits or restricts it.
5 Monitoring and Enforcement
ToolOn may use automated and manual controls to detect unusual activity and may request evidence of permission identity content or business purpose. ToolOn may reject content remove access limit sending quarantine a campaign suspend an account or terminate service. ToolOn may notify affected providers recipients or authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent harm.
6 Reporting
Report suspected misuse to admin@scriza.in with the ToolOn customer or sender domain message headers campaign identifier date recipient address and a description. Do not send passwords or full payment credentials.
This document constitutes an official policy of Scriza Private Limited for the ToolOn online service platform. These terms are effective as of 16 September 2026. Continued use of ToolOn browser tools or subscription communication services signifies complete agreement with these binding terms.
